Sarah is a qualified Chinese herbalist, having trained with the White Crane Academy and completing her studies in 2023. Her practice blends the depth of traditional Chinese medicine with a special interest in Chinese herbs grown in this country, rooting this incredible system of medicine in the UK. She grows many of her own herbs and handcrafts small-batch creams and elixirs, allowing a close relationship with the plants that she believes improves their quality and potency. She is particularly passionate about supporting women with endometriosis, using herbal formulas to gently regulate the cycle, reduce pain, and restore balance in a way that can transform daily life.
