WORKING TOGETHER

You confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date, including medical history, menstrual history, current symptoms, allergies, and medications. You must clarify any question you do not understand before answering.

You acknowledge that providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your safety and the suitability of the herbal formulation.

You consent to us storing and processing your information, including health information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must notify us immediately of any changes to your health, symptoms, medication, or personal details.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Soothe Services, Soothe website, and Soothe communications provide general wellness information only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

You must seek advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, symptoms, pregnancy, medication questions, or decisions relating to diagnosis or treatment.

Our practitioners are registered Chinese herbal medicine practitioners, not medical doctors. Herbal formulations are intended to support wellbeing.

You are responsible for informing your GP and any other healthcare professional involved in your care about your use of herbal formulations.

THE SOOTHE SERVICES

Once you create an account, we will ask you to complete an online questionnaire. You will then be asked to schedule a private online video consultation with a registered herbal practitioner.

Following your consultation, the practitioner may create a personalised herbal formulation for you. The blend will be prepared and delivered as a 21‑day supply of capsules each month.

You acknowledge that:

  • A consultation may not result in a recommendation for herbal supplements.
  • A practitioner may determine that Soothe is not appropriate for you.
  • Recommendations are based solely on information you provide.
  • Herbal formulations are not licensed medicines.
  • Effects vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Follow-up consultations are included:

  • One follow-up after your first month.
  • Further follow-ups every three months.
  • Messaging support is available through digital channels.

We may request updated information at any time to ensure safety. Failure to provide this information may result in suspension of your account or delivery.

You must not use the Soothe Services on behalf of anyone else. Your formulation is tailored to you and may be unsafe for others.

You must not use the Soothe Services for any unlawful purpose.

HERBAL PRODUCT SUPPLY

Your herbal formulations are manufactured in the UK under GMP standards. They are vegan and free from common allergens listed on the Soothe website.

Herbal formulations are blended and fulfilled by a UK manufacturing partner on behalf of Soothe. Your contractual relationship for the herbal supplements is with Jao Health Ltd trading as Soothe.

We will only supply a formulation after:

  • You have completed a consultation with one of our practitioners.
  • Your payment method has been successfully charged.
  • The practitioner has approved a formulation as safe and appropriate.
  • We do not accept returns of herbal supplements.

Title to the products passes to you once they leave our fulfilment facility.

You must read all instructions included with your order and follow them carefully.

You must stop using the products immediately and notify us if:

  • You become pregnant or suspect you are pregnant.
  • You experience any concerning symptoms or side effects.
  • You start or change any medication.
  • Your health circumstances change.
