Why we're building Soothe
Soothe began with a deeply personal story. My life partner suffered for years from Endometriosis and PCOS pain. For her this meant missing work, staying in bed and taking more than 45 painkillers a month, often with little relief. After the official diagnosis with surgery, the hormonal treatments she tried came with overwhelming side effects.
Frustrated, she decided to look for alternative options. Her search led to Andrew Flower (PhD), a leading UK researcher in herbal medicine for Endometriosis. He created a bespoke herbal formulation just for her.
The change was transformative. She went from insufferable pain to manageable periods. She got part of herself back.
Seeing this, I felt I needed to do something for the more than 1.5 million women in the UK who are suffering from Endometriosis and related conditions. I left my career and alongside my co-founder Andrew Flower (PhD), we are bringing personalised herbal medicine to more women who are suffering.
We combine the centuries-old wisdom of traditional herbal medicine with the rigour of modern research. Our process is simple and optimised for safety and relief: an online questionnaire, a private 1-1 consultation with one of our registered practitioners and a personalised herbal blend in pill format delivered to your door. You will also receive follow-up 1-1 consultations for safety and symptom tracking.
Every blend is processed in the UK and tested for safety and quality (including for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants).
With our community, we aim to increase awareness, fund more clinical research and build a pipeline of safe and natural options for women. We don't replace the NHS or western medicine, we are simply here to help.

After completing your questionnaire, we will schedule a video call with one of our registered practitioners to review your conditions and recommend your personalised herbal formulation.
Get your monthly treatment and free follow-up consultations
After your fist consultation, you will receive your monthly 21-day supply of personalised herb pills delivered to you. After the 1st month and every 3 months thereafter, you will have a free 1-1 follow-up consultation with our clinical team to review your progress and track your symptoms.

We use 650mg of highly concentrated, 100% vegan herbal powder. Our UK-based, GMP-certified supplier conducts 3rd-party testing for heavy metals, pesticides, and contaminants.
Each capsule is packed with 650mg of highly concentrated herb powder. This powder is the result of extraction, concentration and spray-drying granulation of high quality dried herbs. They have been tested with a variety of chromatography techniques and infrared fingerprint spectrum testing to ensure quality consistency from herb to pill. Our supplier is based in the UK, GMP certified and does 3rd party testing for heavy-metal content, microbiological contamination, mycotoxins and pesticide residues. Our capsules are 100% vegan, don't contain any binding agents and are free from dairy, gluten, sugar and soya.

From the beginning you join as a customer, your journey is personalised to your individual needs and health picture. We understand the conditions we aim to help are complex and individual to each user. Our initial questionnaire helps us tailor and match the TCM practitioner that will take your health picture, current medications being taken and evaluate which is the best formulation for you. You will receive personalised advice on herbs and treatment. After the TCM diagnosis, you will receive your herbal medicine next-day at your door. As a customer of Soothe, you will have continuous access to communication channels with our clinical team via your portal and WhatsApp, whatever suits you best. After the 1st month and every 3 months thereafter, you will have a free 1-1 follow-up consultation with your TCM practitioner to review your progress and track your symptoms.
